Comfortable bed, good bathroom and a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control in the room. The fairly friendly staff and their attitude. Nice location, at a moderate distance from an Ayala museum.

The location of the hotel in Manila is great and ideal, not far from the mall, jeepney, supermarket, even to Greenbelt, Glorietta and SM as well as the Makati business district, waltermart, starbucks, and restaurants. And it's by Estero de Tripa de Gallina.

The location was good and absolutely perfect for traveling around Manila, near groceries could be found, and the Makati business district. Our room was well-maintained and air-conditioned provided with a free breakfast, a coffee, double bed.

The staff we met were very unfriendly.

The hotel was located just next door to the center. The room was reasonably spacious with a coffee, aircon plus double bed, enjoyed it. Our location was marvellous and ideal near of everything. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Makati district. The food they offered was well presented, had a wide range of meals.

We liked sleeping 1 night in this hotel. We had a nice 3-star experience here. The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from Greenbelt Mall. It was 15 minutes drive to the airport. The vibe here was family...

The venue has marvellous and ideal setting in Makati district so close to Makati, and the business district, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurant, school and chruch. The staff are nice, managed the parking onsite.

We had a great experience at the hotel with friendly and helpful staff. When we encountered a problem with our room, they promptly addressed it and even provided a discount for the inconvenience. We appreciated their responsibility and respect for customers. I would recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.

It is a prison !! have you seen the movie Brazil or 1984?? go to this hotel if you want to have an idea. Room has no window, but as it s located uner a highway bridge, noise and pollution is suffocation; you have to ask access to the lift thru a bra door prison style and there's even a sign saying " leave your weapons outside". Room serice is a joke , so is the breakfast. Go there only if there s nothing available left...

We had a great stay at Eurotel Makati. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near malls and drugstores, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

i did not like the location at all plus i was looking for hotel not far from the airport also for the price of the room of a 4 star hotel (58 dollars) its very high it was really a bad experience for me.

The room was of a decent small size and was very quiet in spite of being on a main junction. There was no road noise and the air con was efficient and almost silent. The room service food was very good quality and value.

The pillows were not comfortable, there were insufficient towels for two people and breakfast was sub standard.
